September 20: SOUL-cializing: After Work Mixer. Co-sponsored by Slo Mo Media — and featuring music by Slo*Mo’s own DJ Larmarrous — SOUL-cializing is a new biweekly after work mixer, especially geared to the city’s creatives: artists, DJs, promoters, designers, writers, producers and everybody else. Coming your way the first and third Thursday of every month, we’ll be serving up a vibe where you can connect, politic and exchange vibes. Oh, and DJ Larmarrous will be spinning a ton of tunes from fellow ATL-based music folks. Plus: It’s FREE. Come on through! Free. 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Kat’s Café, 970 Piedmont Avenue NE.
